ADCL began life in Nottingham, when Gregg Murray (Vocals), Richard Butler (Guitar), Adam Fuller (Drums) and Tony Shannon (Bass) formed the band with one thing in mind; to create some hard rocking songs by drawing on each members influences.

It is something of a melting pot of ideas with an end product described as "speed stoner" by the British music press. The songs are heavy rocking anthems, yet do not lose their listen-ability to a wider audience as shown by their growing fan base.

Although they have not created a new sound, they have certainly brought something fresh to a Stoner/Metal genre that can sometimes seem stale.

ADCL quickly gained a reputation among their fans for their incendiary stage performances that grab the audience and does not let go until you either fear them or love them. Either way, it is impossible not to be mesmerised. They explode onto the stage with pounding drums, chugging guitar, thumping bass and with an energetic frontman who manages to sing and jump about like a 'roo on amphetamine (proving that those boy bands who mime because they dance, are just lame). These loons take no prisoners!

Feel free to listen to the free downloads on the SOUNDS section for a taster, but there is no substitute for seeing the band live. This is at the heart of the band, the thrill of the live show that has to be experienced.

ADCL are continuing to build on a solid fan base and are planning to take their sound to new cities, and are currently looking for record label backing.
