About us... In a nutshell we're a North Norfolk farming family living on the outskirts of the tiny village of Metton, three miles from Cromer. And with everything from pigs and cows to pheasants and hens and a whole variety of crops to look after, we do tend to keep pretty busy. As any farmer will tell you, it's never a nine-tofive job.

We also have holiday accommodation on the farm so we can't complain that our life isn't varied.

We opened our first eight-acre maize maze in 2002, in time for the school summer holidays, and to keep it fresh and fun for all the family, we change it every year.

That's the official version. between you and us, though, we were feeding the pigs when suddenly a wizard turned up, pointed to a pathway in the maize field and invited us to visit the magical land of Nosirrah to save a princess locked in the tower.

The next year he asked us back to his land to find a dragon's magical teeth and last year we visited Nosirrah again to look for magic money.
